Uganda Premier league side SC Villa are interested in signing their former Midfielder David Owori Colgate.
Swift Sports Uganda understands that the utility player is currently training with the 16 time Uganda Premier league champions.
Owori is currently a free agent after expiration of his contract at Utsiktens BK in the Swedish second tier (Superettan).
The Versatile midfielder came to the scene in the 2014/15 season when he joined Vipers from regional league side Lukuli FC.
He went on to feature for Proline on loan before he switched to Villa and Spanish fourth tier side Velez Clubs de Futbol.
The Jogoos are also interested in signing 2022 Masaza Cup top scorer Amuli Mukasa in the ongoing transfer window.
Meanwhile, winger Mohammed Nsereko became the first player to depart the club following his misunderstandings with head coach Jackson Magera.
SC Villa finished the first round in 5th position on the Uganda Premier league log with 24 points they garnered.
