Bukedea Comprehensive School have won the petition they filed against Buddo SS for fielding  ineligible player during their round of 32 tie on Wednesday.

Buddo had prevailed to the last 16 after a 1-0 win over Bukedea but the Teso region representatives filed a petition claiming Gava Peter was ineligible to feature in the games due to overage.

Buddo had also petitioned Bukedea for using a player in the names of James Kaye who was also ineligible. The appeals committee however found out that they said player joined Bukedea from Buddo with forged documents.
