The Red Eagles have only won once since Baker Mbowa took over at the Wankulukuku based side with their victory coming against URA FC last month.

In fact, Mbowa’s charges have two wins in their last 10 games across all competitions.

When the two sides faced off in December last year, Express FC prevailed 2-0 over Vipers SC at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.

Express FC last maximized points at Kitende in April 2021 when they cruised to a 1-0 win courtesy of a John Byamukama strike during Wasswa Bbosa’s reign.

Vipers have dominated this fixture and have 16 wins in the 36 league meetings with Express FC, they have lost eight and twelve games have ended in stalemates (L8, D12)
