Ugandan Kickboxer Kawagga Bamweyana “Owebbunwe” has warned South Sudanese Richard Isaac Olanya ahead of their rematch on 7th April, 2023.
The rematch dubbed as the “Survival for the fittest” will be held at Gladiator Paradise in Masanafu.
On January, 14th this year, Kawagga and Olanya’s contest ended in a technical draw with the latter suffering an injury in the first round at Lugogo Indoor Arena.
Kawagga asserts that he is well prepared for the rematch and promised his faithfuls victory
“I have never dreamt about losing a fight. I am going to beat the South Sudanese, five rounds aren’t enough for me.”
“Whoever is beaten is not allowed to talk about kickboxing. I want to kill the South Sudanese not to fight him. I thank all the Ghetto youths who have stood by me, my managers and the amazing fans.” Said Kawagga.

Coach Latif Walugembe, stated that on the same day, they will have the junior Kickboxing championship.
“It is going to be action packed day at Gladiator paradise that will begin with the junior Championship before the rematch between Kawagga and Olanya. I thank Gladiator paradise for promoting talents in the country.” Said Walugembe.
Kawagga and Olanya will face off in the Super Middleweight K1 style with the winner to be determined after five rounds.
