Over 100 take part in 2023 NCBA Junior Golf championship

The 2023 NCBA Junior Golf championship concluded on Monday at the Lake Victoria Serena Golf Resort and Spa Course, Kigo.

The championship attracted over 100 Junior golfers from the age of 6 to 17.

NCBA Bank Uganda Chief Executive Officer Mark Muyobo, pledged that they will continue to give support to the young ones

“We pledge to support the upcoming events. I congratulate all those who participated in the competition. For those who didn’t win, they only need to strategize. So it’s important to support the young talent and help them become successful golfers.” Said Muyobo

Uganda Golf Union President Moses Matisko was pleased with the general performances of the young golfers

“We promise to make this better, to the Ugandans the challenge is now up to us to make it happen next year. I am pleased with the performances of the participants. You are the future of this sport, be good to each other since the world is now a global village.” Said Matisko
