SC Villa have signed Hamis Diego Ssemugera from FUFA Big League club Police FC.
Ssemugera has signed a three year contract with the UPL record champions.
The attacking midfielder played an integral role for the Cops last season but came short of a topflight promotion and the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
He was named the Best midfielder of last season’s Stanbic Uganda Cup as Police lost to Vipers 1-0 in Lira.
Ssemugera is a former player of Lugazi Municipal, Lugazi Friends FC and Mayinde Spartans.
He also features for Bunyoro Province in the FUFA Drum tournament.
He becomes the second signing of SC Villa after Dennis Ojara who was acquired from Onduparaka FC.
