Buganda Province kick started the fourth edition of the FUFA Drum tournament with a slim 1-0 victory against Bunyoro at Kavumba Recreation grounds.

Joshua Lubwama Leti scored in the 44th minute to hand victory to the innagural winners.

Lubwama headed home a George Kaddu throw in past a helpless Jamil Kiyimba.

Goal scorer Lubwama was named man of the match at the end of the day.

Buganda Province assistant coach Bastu Ssemuyaba appreciated his players for the fighting spirit,

“Good preparations led to this victory, the players played as per our game plan we are not resting as we prepare for our next game against Tooro. Victory away from home is very possible.”
