FUFA has made adjustments in the fixtures of the 2023 Super 8 Pre-season tournament as well as the road to the final.
The tournament was expected to kickoff on Monday, 7th August but the latest development from the Federation indicates that Quarterfinal games will be held on Thursday, 10th August and Friday, 11th of the same month.
The other change has seen Soltilo Bright Stars replace Arua Hill Sports Club due to the club licensing (Article 3.3 FUFA Super 8 regulations).
This means that URA FC will now host Bright Stars in the Quarterfinal stage.
Meanwhile, the winner between BUL FC and Vipers SC will face off the winner between SC Villa and Maroons in the Semifinal on 14th August.
The other Semifinal will see the winner of the Quarterfinal between Wakiso Giants and KCCA FC taking on the winner between URA FC and Bright Stars. The Semifinal is scheduled for 20th August.
The final of the 2023 FUFA Super 8 is scheduled for 3rd September along with the third place game.
