UCU Lady Cardinals forward Sharon Nadunga has moved to the United States of America.
Nadunga has joined Lindsey Wilson College in Kentucky, USA for further studies.
“Today marks my departure from Uganda Christian University (UCU). I am filled with mixed emotions. It has been an incredible journey. Playing alongside such a talented and dedicated team has been a privilege that has enriched my life in ways I can not express.”
“Even as I step into the next chapter of my journey, I will always carry the spirit of a proud ‘Purple Girl’ with me. Our bond is something that transcend time and distance. I want to extend a special thank you to the staff and coaches who have played a pivotal role in my education and soccer career.”

Nadunga also a former Kawempe Muslim player was part of the Crested Cranes team that represented Uganda at the 2021 COSAFA tournament that was held in South Africa.
She joins compatriots Yudaya Nakayenze and Tracy Jones Akiror who are also in the USA.
