Ngeye thrown out of Bika, Nsenene to play semifinals

Nsenene has won petition over Ngeye in the 2023 Bika Byabaganda Football tournament.

Ngeye had won a two legged quarter final on aggregate against Nsenene, but the latter petitioned Ngeye for fielding Regan Kirumira who had played for Nkima clan in the same tournament in 2018.

Ngeye has been found guilty and chased in this year’s tournament despite having made it to the semi finals.

Nsenene will now face off with Ngoonge on Wednesday 15th August at Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku in the first leg semi final.

The first semi final game that was played on Monday 14th ended in one all draw between Mbogo and Omutima Omusagi.

Brian Kayanja scored for Mbogo while Abdul Mayanja was the goal scorer for Omutima Omuyanja.

The 49th final of the Bika Byabaganda Football tournament will be played on Saturday 26th August at Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku.
