Midfielder Edrine Opaala has returned to his former paymasters Busoga United from BUL FC.
Opaala returns to Busoga United after a brief stint at Uganda Premier league leaders BUL FC whom he joined in July last year on a two year contract.
At BUL FC, he has failed to live up to the expectations.
Opaala is a product of Jinja SS were he was elevated to Busoga United.
Before joining BUL FC he had spent three seasons featuring for Busoga United in the Uganda premier league.
In 2019, Opaala was named as the Copa Coca Cola Most Valuable Player and won the same award in the Busoga Masaza Cup when he was playing for Buzaya County in the 2019 edition.
Busoga United have also reunited with Hassan Kintu who was featuring for FUFA Big League side Blacks Power.
Busoga finished the first round of the season third from the bottom and will on Wednesday kick off their Uganda Cup campaign against Bushenyi Veterans.
