Uganda will host the betPawa FSL Awards at the Old Kampala Futsal Arena, honoring the outstanding talents of the 2023/24 betPawa Futsal Super League. The ceremony will follow the thrilling Futsal Super Cup game between Park FC and Kisenyi FC.
On the same day, Michael Lubowa of Lubaga Grameen will receive the Golden Boot award for his remarkable achievement of scoring 50 goals, surpassing Mike Sulaiman Mutyaba’s record for most goals in a single season.
Apart from the golden boot, The winners of the remaining five categories will be announced on Saturday at the award ceremony.
2023/24 betPawa FSL champions Park FC will also be crowned on this same day.
Throughout the season, betPawa Uganda, the title sponsors of the Futsal Super League, have been rewarding the winning team with a Shs. 150,000/- Locker Room Bonus (LRB) for every game.
This prestigious event will recognize individual excellence in seven categories:
•Most Valuable Player (MVP)
•Golden Glove (Best Goalkeeper)
•Best Defender of the Season
•Golden Boot (Top Scorer)
•Best Playmaker of the Season
•Youngest Player of the Season
•Best Coach of the Season
