Former Wakiso Giants and Ndejje University goalkeeper Derrick Emukule has joined Maroon FC, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
Emukule has joined the Luzira based side on a one year employment contract.
He is to replace custodian Hannington Ssebwalunyo who is on his way to NEC FC.
Emukule rose through the ranks in the FUFA Big league with Ndejje University before he joined Wakiso Giants at the start of the 2019/20 season.
Maroons are to lose some of their first team starters from last season with David Ndihabwe and Fred Amaku all on their way to Kitara FC, Ssebwalunyo will join NEC FC while attacking midfielder Isaac Mpagi Kajubi is on his way to champions SC Villa.
Maroons FC who are managed by Muhamed Senfuma finished eighth on the Uganda Premier league table last term.
