Big League side Gaddafi FC and Soltilo Bright Stars have marched to the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 32 after beating Pajule Lions and Iganga Young respectively.
Soltilo Bright Stars and Iganga Young played to a goalless full-time draw and the Uganda Premier league side progressed to the next round after winning 5-4 after penalty shoot outs.
Captain Thomas Kakaire and Ronald Bithum scored each as Gaddafi FC was defeating Pajule Lions 2-1.
Gaddafi FC, Soltilo Bright Stars join defending champions Kitara FC, NEC FC, Packwach Youngstars, Vipers SC and Express FC at the round of 32.
Action resumes tomorrow Wednesday 15th January with three games.
URA FC will face off with Kalongo United FC at Kalongo Technical Institute grounds.
Mayuge United FC hosts Lugazi FC at Wembley playground while Wakiso Giants will play against Mbarara FC at Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara.
