The FUFA Big League will resume on Sunday with Match-day 29 that could see three teams secure 2025/26 Uganda Premier league promotion.
Buhimba United Saints, Calvary FC and Gaddafi could all get promoted to the topflight division with victories on Sunday.
Current FUFA Big League leaders Buhimba United Saints with 49 points will secure UPL promotion with at least a draw over struggling Kigezi Homeboyz at Kigaaya primary playground.
Yumbe based Calvary FC are also on the verge of topflight football with just two games left.
They are second on the log with 48 points and could secure UPL football with a win at Onduparaka FC on Sunday.
Maximum points will see them move to 51 points with a game to spare.
Meanwhile, Gaddafi FC under the stewardship of Robert Mukasa alias Kiyenje will battle with Blacks Power in a must win game for either side at Entebbe Works Playground.
Gaddafi are currently third on the table with 46 points and victory will see them gain topflight status.
For Blacks Power who are separated by just a point with Gaddafi need maximum points to at least keep their promotion hopes alive.
Both sides will stay in contention in case of a stalemate ahead of the final day of the season.
Elsewhere, fifth placed Paidha Black Angels are at home against Kiyinda Boys while Busoga United are taking on already relegated Booma FC at the FUFA Technical center in Njeru.
MYDA will battle with Kaaro Karungi while Ntugasaze takes on Kataka FC at Mityana Ssaza ground.
