With four games played, the Kawempe Muslim soft spoken “number 10” revealed her personal target for this season and comes with an early talk of the golden boot.

” I want to score more goals. It has been a great start for me and if it’s something to go by, I anticipate bettering my tally of last season so easily. “
Nalukenge confidently disclosed.

” I want to score at least 15 goals this season and I know that can put me in the prime position for the golden boot. “

Nalukenge scored seven league goals last season as the school side walked to their fourth straight league triumph.

” It’s unfortunate I fell short of a hat trick against She Corporates but it’s a great feeling to register a comprehensive win and besides a brace is also something to take home. “
She added.

Ayub Khalifa the Kawempe tactician believes Nalukenge has the potential to score more goals if only she can do away with inconsistency.

” At times Nalukenge reserves herself but I think when she hits her best she has whatever it takes to score more goals in every game that comes her way.”
Ayub said.

Ayub’s charges are currently on the top of the Victoria group with 10 points, 3 clear of the second placed Asubo-Gafford Ladies.

Kawempe will aim for a fourth win of the season when they visit Asubo-Gafford Ladies in their subsequent league fixture on Saturday 24th November at Kanyanya.
