Kitara FC smiled to their second league win with a 1-0 victory over UPDF FC at Masindi Stadium on Friday.

Christopher Kawagu’s first half own goal was enough to give Brian Ssenyondo coached side maximum points.

Ssenyondo was facing his former paymasters since joining Kitara FC.

This was the first ever Kitara FC win over the army side in the topflight division.

Kitara’s goal came in the 39th minute when Kawagu netted in his own net off a Solomon Okwalinga quality ball.
