Nasser Sserunjogi re-elected FUBA President for second term

Nasser Sserunjogi has been re-elected as the Uganda Basketball Association (FUBA) President.

He retained his position on Saturday during the FUBA AGM that was held at Hotel Africana.

Sserunjogi beat Gordon Gumisiriza with 39-16 votes to return to office for the next four years.

In 2019, Sserunjogi beat Grace Kwizera for his first term.

He replaced Ambrose Tashobya as FUBA President having previously served in the capacity of General Secretary.

Meanwhile, Racheal Ainamasiko beat Mariam Buringi to the position of the FUBA Commissioner for Women.
