The seventh edition of Mutalaga Christmas Cup climaxed on Monday, 25th December at Lweza playground.
The tournament started in June and attracted over 80 teams.
DC United FC clinched this year’s edition after a 1-0 victory over Kajjansi Wembley on Christmas day.
This is the second time that DC United has won the competition with their previous triumph coming in 2018.
Following their triumph, DC United were rewarded with a winners trophy, medals, Bull, set of jersey and cash Prize worthy Shs2M.
The runners up, Kajjansi Wembley also walked away with a Bull, Silver medals, cash Prize and a set of Jersey.
Hot Star FC finished the tournament in third place following Sunday Special failure to show up for the third place playoff.
Every team that participated in the competition was rewarded with a participation token courtesy of Mzee Frank Mutalaga.
