Teso will be aiming to finish off Busoga when the two sides lock horns in the second leg contest at Emokori Ground on Sunday.
Teso stunned Busoga 2-1 in the first leg that was held in Iganga.
Ben Ocen and Ivan Eyam scored Teso’s goals to smile to a first leg advantage. Jerome Kirya scored Busoga’s only goal of the game which initially keeps them into the contest.
In the other game on Sunday, Rwenzori will be seeking for revenge when they host Tooro at Christ School playground in Bundibugyo.

Tooro who under the stewardship of Fred Muhumuza needed a late Opio David strike at home to beat Pritchard Stephen Rwenzori side.
The winners will join defending champions Acholi, inaugural winners Buganda, West Nile and Kampala into the quarterfinals.
